My Re-sit Results
I failed one of my 2nd Year module exams and decided to take a leave of absence for 1 year (starting 10 August 2022 - 10 August 2023) due to a number of personal reasons. I contacted my University in May of 2023 asking when i would be taking my Retake for the failed exam and i was told that it would be after the 10th of August 2023 (end of LOA) with the refer/defer group. My retake was on the 24th of August and when i arrived i was not on the list of people to take it, fortunately i was seated and given an extra question paper to do the test. I got my results back a few days ago and i was marked as "On Leave" even though it had ended and i took the test. i have contacted the Programme Administrator and they have told me that i will have to retake the test during the next academic year. Can anyone help?
