EPQ suggestions and a level

I am considering starting an EPQ but am struggling to find a topic to do. I am really interested in films and tv so i was considering doing something about the way women are presented in film, is this a good idea? My other ideas were the impact of social media on identity or the portrayal of society through the Barbie movie. Any thoughts or suggestions?

That's a really good topic, however you might need to be more specific - as an EPQ is a very in depth study, so possibly focus on what aspect of society is portrayed in the Barbie movie, for example the patriarchy or more in depth and focusing solely on women, but ensure that your data is sufficient enough to reference and comment on, and that for your research you're using reliable sources and stuff, but good luck :smile:
