I have UCAT scores of 3030, and IB predicted scores of 34/35 with 6,6,4 in HL
What will be my best option for university application , I want to study medicine .

I think you would be limited to applying to medical schools that don't consider predicted grades - I think there might be a couple now?
Either that or if you meet widening participation criteria, those with WP foundation years or where you are eligible for a contextual offer.
