Hi chem a level polar bonds help
Does anyone know what the term 'symmetrical' means when it comes to determining if molecules are polar or not.

Does anyone know what the term 'symmetrical' means when it comes to determining if molecules are polar or not.
It means that all bonds within the molecule are identical (any existing dipoles cancel) and no lone pairs exist.
