Hi!
You have to check if UCL considers equivalent tariff points. Because in terms of tariff points AAB and A*BB are equivalent. This is what UCL have said "UCL does not use UCAS tariff points to assess applications. Instead, we use specific qualification and grade requirements to assess your eligibility."
This means it is best if you do apply to UCL pharmacy with A*BB as you do not meet their criteria and you do not want to waste a uni option.
