I have a 6,000 word philosophy dissertation due in on January 15th. Anyone have any advice on how to structure it?

Chapters/sections each contributing to one distinct part of a larger overarching argument. 6000 words is small for a dissertation so you'll need to be relatively laconic. Sandwich them between the intro and conc, with the intro usually written last.
