Are autistic or socially awkward men more likely to be accused of harassment?

Just asking. What do you think?
Is this supposed to be a debate?

Yes.

Well said.
It depends if they have a habit of either touching without consent or being unable to walk away with no further contact after receiving a firm rejection.

People in either of those two categories are the most likely to attract accusations of harassment from honest people.
Of course, anyone can be the target of bad faith false allegations.
I think that could be the case if they're socially awkward or they long for conversations with specific people.
