didnt have many meetups with girls

due to strict society i haven't met many girls or talked to. either they stay in home or go out with their family or respective friends .we have to have reason to talk to them . i want to know their personality and their thoughts and make just friends but they dont give chance where we can show how good we are in certain thing or can find same interests (EXCEPT ONLINE). only they look appearance and voice or show up things. i have all that but don't want someone to look at me only due to these. its like they see my test results but dont know how i have enjoyed in classes.

i liked a girl and wanted to know about her just to be friends but whenever, she seem like living her own life happily and didn't have many things to say (asked on insta) so never had a chance .

''honestly i think girls feel themselves vulnerable as they dont open up with guys'' or ''i should totally stay away from stranger girls to be stable mentally'' these type of extremism thoughts come.
i always think girls are judging me so i get very uncomfortable around them.
