Transitioning from Economics to Design

Hi everyone,

I'm in my fourth semester of an eight-semester BSc program in Islamic Economics, Banking, and Finance at an open university. Honestly, I never had an interest in such a field, but due to some reasons, I had to enroll in this as I had no other option.

Presently, I'm enrolled in an interior design diploma program at a reputable institution and self-learning graphic design. I find so much joy in creative thinking, be it graphic or interior design. And, now I feel like I'm just wasting my time and energy in the present degree program (only for the sake of a degree !!).

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the following:
1. Is it a wise decision to potentially leave my current university after this semester and focus on self-learning in interior and graphic design?
2. Would not having a degree certificate adversely impact my CV or professional profiles?
3. Alternatively, should I consider applying for a major degree in interior design to formalize my education in this field?
