private candidate - resits- UCAS

I am a private candidate and retaking my alevels. I inquired about my ucas application with my previous school however they did not reply back to me , i decided to ask my tutor to do my reference and predicted grades and they agreed.
Do i now withdraw my previous application and start anew?
I am aware the internal deadline is the 15th of november but the ucas deadline is in january so would it be fine for me to apply to unis after the internal deadline?
If theres any extra information please let me know. Thanks

Did you add a buzzword to your current application? If so just give UCAS a ring and they'll be able to unlink your application so you can add a referee as an individual
