Sports Direct Seasonal Job - Questions

Hi everyone. I have accepted a seasonal zero-hour contract job at sports direct and I have a few questions which I'm hoping someone who has worked there before can help me with :smile:

1) I have my induction next week, what happens at this induction and how long does it usually last?
2) How does accepting hours work? Do they offer you hours online, or do you sign up for them depending on when you can do?
3) Can you decline hours that you are offered? Because in the interview they asked when I was available but this varies greatly per week, and I have some commitments coming up which I cannot miss but am concerned will overlap with hours I am offered.
