can someone who worked in Domino’s pizza answer my question

so my pizza didn’t have peppers but I had asked for peppers, I went into the store and they made me a new one. Thanked them and went home then my mum started telling me off because what if I got some employee fired for forgetting my peppers. Can someone confirm if when they worked there they get penalised for getting an order wrong/ forgetting part of it? Thank you
