I logged in and it says my student finance is cancelled

Hello iv logged into my account and it says student finance is cancelled,iv not cancelled anything at all.

I mean the application

have you received an email or letter from us explaining why its been cancelled or asking for further evidence?

I was told all
Was ok then next minute it’s cancelled I spoke to student finance and they said I selected reapply when I needed to apply for it as a new student as it’s a new course,now iv made a new application and sent all evidence.
Hope all is correct this time.
Just been very confusing
