Where to send letter confirming address between 2 dates?

Hi,

I've just received the following email:

I am contacting you today from Student Finance England in regards to your
2023/24 postgraduate application.
We need more information
Please provide a signed and dated written letter from yourself, listing
your reference number and list of addresses and the dates that you lived at
each address, during the period from 01/09/2020 to 01/01/2021.

Student Finance England

I've written the letter but there's no information on what postal address I'm supposed to send it to.

Is there not a digital way I can provide this information? Or do we have to act like it's 1998

Postgraduate students need to post their evidence to us at the below address

Postgraduate Loans (SFE)
Student Finance England
PO Box 210
Darlington
DL1 9HJ

Anything you send include a covering letter explaining why you're sending it, along with your name and customer reference number.
