UCAS Application question
Hi, bit of a random question. I haven’t quite decided whether I want to live in accommodation or commute to my local uni (15 minute drive). Is there a way that I can tick the box on UCAS and say that I will be staying in student accommodation, and then change my mind at a later date, or is it absolutely set in stone to be living in student accommodation if I tick that?

Universities generally ignore the box on ucas because so many applicants make mistakes or change their mind.
Saying that you need accommodation just means that they will invite you to apply/book accommodation - you aren’t committed until you sign a contract
