Builder help
My builder left me with lots of work that were not done properly and he would only come back if I paid the final payment of several thousands pounds before he would come to have a look at it. In the end I had to get someone else to do the outstandign works. The amount is now much higher then what I original would have paid the first builder.
I want to claim this back from him which means i will take him to the court. What is the amount I would be claiming back?
Is it the full amount that I paid builder 2
or difference between what I paid builder 2 minus the final paymenet I was suppose to pay builder 1 had he rectified the works.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
