How long will it take me to reach 72kg
I'm 5'8 and I've been bulking for almost 3 weeks now. I started off at 59kg and I'm currently at 61, though a lot of this new weight could be due to the fact I've started taking creatine also. What's a realistic time it'd take for me to reach my goal? I really badly want to escape the twink zone.
