I get symptoms of lactose intolerance only when I drink hot milk?

When I drink cold milk, I'm fine. But when I drink hot milk, I get stomach cramps and bloating. But it doesn't stop there - I only get these symptoms when I have hot milk on its own. If I have porridge made with hot milk, or hot chocolate, I'm fine? Why might this be?
I just wanna drink a cup of hot milk.......
Hhhhmmm, have you tried milk with the lactose removed? Maybe try that to see if there is a difference 🙂
