Can i lock in and go from E's to A* s ?

Currently doing
Chem - predicted A but getting D's
Psych - predicted A but getting E's (47%)
Bio - predicted A but getting Bs (sept mocks ^^)

1- Im trying different study methods
i have no chem foundation because i mucked about in yr 12
GCSEs - i got 9,888,7777,4(art)
I think the reality that this isnt GCSEs has put the fear of god into me
I dont know if i can make a comeback because i dont know how to start

Currently doing flashcards + exam questions for interim tests
so far stuck on Bs
Im gonna reply on results day hoping i can stick to 5-7 hours revision a day and try and clutch up for A*s
(my chem teacher said " youre not getting anything above a B if you turn stuff around now based on last years experience)
