best bank account with cifas marker
what is the best high street bank that will accept me even with a fraud cifas marker
There isn't any, let alone a 'best', all high street banks are members afaik.
Tbh I can't even name a single online/alternative bank that still accepts it. Revolut, Monzo etc have all tightened up.

High street? No chance.
Edit: An existing one might keep you if you had an established history with them, but as a new customer you wouldn't be worth the risk.
