I have completed two years in university and didn’t do well on second year, so I got withdraw from my university now I started applying to different universities with the transcript. I do have the letter from gp stating the reason for it would I be approved for a loan if I want to do my course from the beginning. Say i previously studied four years course and got withdrawn after 2 years and now I’m changing to 3 years course will I be able to get a loan for my whole 3 years?
Please let me know.
Hi Hidayathun nisha,

As it stands you will need to self-fund the 1st year of your new course due to your 2 years of previous study. If you have Compelling Personal Reasons evidence (circumstances outside your control) about why you had to withdraw from your previous course this can be taken into consideration once you make an application for your new course.

Thanks,
Calum

And if they accept CPR evidence then I will not need to self fund my 1 year right?

Hi Hidayathun nisha,

Yes, that's correct

Thanks,
Calum
