Trouble getting access to Aula

I've tried all formats of ***@uni.coventry.ac.uk and ***@coventry.ac.uk and I've gotten my university email and have made my accounts in Microsoft and elsewhere, but now I'm stuck at this. It'd be a great help if anyone could help me with this.
