Yes, if you meet all the conditions of the offer then that spot is yours!!! Currently, they're saving a place for you which will become firmly yours when those conditions are met.
You do need to choose your firm and insurance choices (assuming you haven't done so already) but that deadline isn't here yet so there's no need to rush into any decisions.
