Do Swansea have offer holder/applicant days for Civil Engineering?

My son has been given an offer to study Civil Engineering at Swansea University. He received his offer in October but hasn’t heard much from them since then. Do they run offer holder days where he can visit the department, chat with tutors and explorer their accommodation? We have emailed the administration team but yet to receive a response.
