TOK/EE not given in my predicted grades

Hey, My school counselor told me that the school hasn't and won't plan on giving predicted grades for TOK/EE, this is kind of annoying as all requirements are usually out of 45. Should I email each uni I applied to letting them know or will they automatically understand that ?
