Hello KCL Friends, I’m looking for someone to take up my contract immediately for my room at Stamford Street Apartments. My room is an ensuite (private bathroom and shared kitchen). The rent is 215 pw. There are a lot of benefits for this residence (free gym, free BeActive, great location, great service team, etc.). You can find more details about this apartment and flat on KCL's resident website. Overall, it is very good value for money! Critieria: 1. You must be a KCL first year student. 2. You are currently NOT living in a college residence. 3. The process will go with the college team, so it will be super safe and standard. 4.
