Help!! Real Estate Town Plannner VS RICS

I am planning to pursue a Master's degree to broaden my knowledge in real estate in the UK. I am considering two options: Glasgow, which offers a course that provides both RICS and Town Planner accreditations, and Manchester, which offers a course with only RICS accreditation.

I am confused about whether I should pursue RICS or Town Planner accreditation. If I decide to attend the Manchester Real Estate Development (MSc) program and obtain RICS accreditation, can I still pursue RTPI accreditation?
