Portuguese GCSE

I’m in Year 12 and I kinda burnt my GCSE’s last year (66544) and I’m re taking English Lang to hopefully bump the 4 to a 6 but i don’t have any other language gcse so I signed myself up for Portuguese GCSE.

Thing is, i’ve been studying in Portugal since start of GCSEs and i’ve picked up a tiny bit just from being here but i only started properly learning it a month ago. Am I cooked or should I be fine?

you can do it if you just learn tenses and the vocab on the specification, that's all language gcses really are tbh. pronunciation is also important for the speaking

With GCSE languages, all you need to learn is the grammar and the vocabulary required by the specification. As long as you do that you should be guaranteed at least a 6/7
