Student Finance - Masters

Hi, I've had student finance from England for my undergraduate degree, going to graduate this year, looking towards doing a 1 year Masters degree after my course is done, already applied and given an offer. I've spoken with my personal tutor and they told me that I should use Welsh Finance instead. Can I switch to Welsh finance?
I've been going to a Welsh university for 3 years now and have applied at the same university.
