I started a masters this year but left before the fee liabilityperiod and the instalment taken by the university wasrefunded to student finance. I’m starting a masters soon amI still eligible for the PGL?

what do you mean "the instalment taken by the university wasrefunded to student finance"? - the masters loan is paid to students directly not to the university
