Placement Year for Mature Students
Hi everyone, am looking for some advice from any mature students regarding a placement year.
I decided to come back into education with wanting to steer my career into another direction. I am 32, studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering and part way through my first year after also completing foundation year.
I've read a few conflicting things, I can see the benefits of taking a placement year as most of the time it does result in employment, however, it will be another year to complete my degree.
So any advice or experiences shared would be very much appreciated!
