DVLA application Refund
I applied for my provisional license online and I couldn't send the forms I got in the post back as I moved to another address. Application status is showing as completed- license Not issued. will I get my refund of £34 automatically?
You need to contact them to ask about refund/replacement and why it says it has been completed if it hasn’t
