Sfe: changing sponsors details

Hii, ive recently applied for student finance and when putting in one of my parents emails I mistakenly put an old email that is no longer accessible and I need to change it but I can’t find an option online to do that?? Am i just missing that area or would I need to cancel my application and start again? Thank you x

There's no need to cancel your application, that's okay.
In this case we'd recommend that your sponsor complete the PFF2 form instead: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/65afcca870218e000cb41f9a/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf
You can then upload it on your account, and that's all the information we need from them right now.
The form doesn't need to be signed or dated: doing it online is fine.
