I want to begin calisthenics, but many of the exercises require a basic level of flexibility, especially in the hamstrings, and i don't seem to have it. Even the flexibility tutorials I try assume you have a basic level, so I can't follow them as a result. Does anyone have advice on really basic flexibility exercises?
