How can I focus on my essay and exam revision?

I am really struggling to complete my university work due to something traumatic happening to me. I have an extension but on top of that I only have 4 weeks until exams and I have 3 of them all in one week. I am really mentally struggling to motivate myself to do anything because I am so emotional all I want to do is cry and sleep. Any advice would really help!
