ugly pinky toe

My smallest toe has never been pretty but then again, no one has a pretty one because well they're a small toe? My pinky toe is in a constantly state of pink/red and its swollen to touch. At the moment theres a throbbing pain but sometimes theres not. When i touch it today around the nail area, it hurts and is sort of tender. The last time i stubbed my toe was on tuesday. Sometimes when i walk, its as if its tightening. My right toe is fine and i've had no problems with it.
