I know what sink and source are, however there was a question whether nectary in plants is source or sink? The answer says it's a source but i dont understand why.

The sugars are produced in the source, which would be the nectar.

Well the sugar is stored in the sink. Hence it can be argued that this is the nectary. :smile:
