MARKS AND SPENCER PLC v HALSEY
OK - long shot - but has anyone read this case or do you know anything about it?
Just been reading through it, and making EXTENSIVE notes - (try 10 pages of typed notes on it) and I would love to know if anyone has some ideas about it... to be honest its one of the ahrdest cases I have ever read ...
If anyone out there can tell me something, and perhaps discuss the wider issues of the EU and group relief of losses - and moreoever negative tax harmonisation I would love to hear it!
