Has anyone used Sellstudentstuff.com to sell books AND has not been paid?

I've waited since December to be paid and now the company has decided to do away with its telephone helpline.

They still appear to be trading. I have emailed them and have gotten no reply. I have been left feedback, so the buyers have received books from me, but I have not been paid

Has anyone else sold anything on this site and not received their money? What should my next move be?

That's how the service works. When the buyer receives the book they settle the payment. I've used the service before and I have been paid on time. Ths time however, I feel as though I've been screwed over.
