Do you not think you're being slightly simplistic? So you're saying that if men and women traded genitals, but everything else about them stayed exactly the same, they would suddenly become women and men? Is there nothing else except for genitals that makes a man a "man" and a woman a "woman" in your mind?

Generally, the biological definition of a women is someone with two X chromosomes. Culturally, someone is said to be of the female gender if they identify as and live as a woman. Look up the difference between sex and gender if you don't know about it.
