learn letter endings... that tripped me up in my mock.
strictly stick to word limits
if you don't know a word, don't make one up, find a way round it
get in as much of the advanced grammar that you know as possible in the long written answers
in the listening if you are stuck come back to it later cos you 'get your ear in' later making it easier to understand the french
make sure you answer in the right language

it's all really simplistic stuff that I'm sure you already know. good luck!

yes, do you want tips for that too?

PREPARE WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't learn everything off by heart, you get marks for spontinaity(sp?) and they interrupt, so you might get thrown if you are reciting

don't get too nervous!

speak slowly and clearly for the tape - speed doesn't equal fluency

make sure you understand and answer the Q, giving info about something completely irrelevent, even if in perfect french will not get you the marks

learn some cool complex sentances that you can insert in when you fancy

It helps to listen to some french music before you go in to 'get your ear in' (same for written exams)

and relax, it comes flooding back to you when you get into the room!

Good Luck
