I want to try and get a new fitness regime going next month, which involves me going on the treadmill everyday - but i can't exercise without really loud, fast paced music and i'm kind of running out of ideas.

Can anyone suggest anything good?

I use the cross trainer at home and my parents don't mind anyway, both of them are busy during the week and most days I go on it when the house is empty or my parents are in bed!
