Why all the rap music? can't understand how that would make anyone pumped up....

I would say a mixture of dance and punk/metal music is good

    Worst. Taste. Ever.

No-one wants to hear music about how they are rejected from society and all that emo stuff on a daily basis never mind when they are working out.

"Oh My God, did Snoopy Dogg just say the word Bitch? This is an abhorrent abuse of my personal rights. I'm going to complain right away!"

    In conclusion, shut up.

The Rugger Bugger's mocking post actually has some good songs on it, I checked out a couple which piqued my interest, Namely 'You wonder why they call you bitch.', I liked it.

    On my playlist now.

    However, my actual playlist is:

    In Flames - Bullet ride.
Metallica - ..And Justice for All.
Children of Bodom - Everytime I die.
Dream Theater - This dying soul.
    Dream Theater - Constant Motion
    Dream Theater - Erotomania.

I'm usually done with my workout by the end

Any decent dance compilation. I am going through the 3CDs of Hardcore Euphoria at the moment

I guess metal would work well too

Who said anything about "emo" music?

Not only did you not bother to read my post correctly but you also managed to come across as a complete halfwit in your reply.

Keep up the good work
