achieve best results. i am 19 and weigh 10.7.
i have but like a stone on in about 2 months maybe because i have been home for holidays but also i have injured my knee which has resulting in be not being able to go back to the gym in any way shape or form.
maybe suggestion on a ideal diet or something- vegetarian also.
