Australia welcomes this move, and thanks New Zealand for being the first nation to withdraw military forces.
Taiwan would like to take Ukraine up on its offer of a peace convention site, if such an offer still stands.

The US will withdraw troops within the next month, though we will restation our permanent resident troops and reinforce them with an extra 10,000 in the Japanese and Taiwanese bases. We welcome Ukraine's move to hold a peace conference and would like to get this underway as soon as possible.
Japan had decided to slowly remove troops within the next month, seeing North Korea's claims as hollow. Japan's army, navy and air force shall remain on alert, though.

Japan, as stated previously, welcomes peacetalks, and is happy to talk in the neutral states of Ukraine or Luxembourg, seeing as they have stated their interest in hosting, if that interest remains.

Argentina calls on foreign troops to remain. We must strike a final blow and do it now!

We must enslave the North Koreans until their army is dismantled and we can unify Korea.

Attack, attack now!

Taiwan assures Argentina that it will continue to actively support North Korean rebel groups and despite being interested in peace, we can only see negotiations succeeding with a significant attitued change from the DPRK towards both our missile tests, and our allies in South korea, who we also continue to actively support.

Not good enough!

North Korea can no longer exist.

Both of these statements the US firmly disagrees with. Whilst we disagree with Pyongang's administration we do not condone such acts of enslavement or destruction of the North Korean people or their land.

The North Korean people must unify! North Korea should no longer exist as a state!

The west is weak in its reponse, unwilling to remove the North Korean despot.

Russia is disgusted at the neo-colonial rhetoric being displayed by the Argentinian representative.

Would have been nice to see as much of this disgust when the DPRK was spouting worse ideas about Taiwan...
The UK has withdrawn all military forces with immediate effect.

Taiwan is confused. What exactly has the UK achieved by withdrawing its support, other than expense and a loss of life, and the betrayal of one of its allies?

A number of factors are responsible for this decision. Overall the UK no longer believes it feasible to be fighting what is in effect now two wars.

The offer a peaceful resolution in Kiev still stands. If delegates intend to proceed, the Black Sea fleet will escort participants to this neutral location.

If the DPRK or China is willing, we are more than happy to send a delegate to Kiev. We thank Ukraine for their kind offer.

As long as the DPRK are attending and step down their threats for the time in being, Japan is also willing to attend, and thanks Ukraine for its kind offer.

Argentina will attend but demands the unconditional surrender of NK and the arrest of their heretic leader on a count of genocide.

Russia is frankly quite disgusted in the willingness of the current states to go to war and will not partake in such nation-crippling activities.

Nigeria agrees with Russia's position on this matter!

Nigeria also hopes that the peace conference will help resolve this matter..
