College hall or Commonwealth halls??

Hey guys i need to decide which intercollegiate hall to choose.
I'm going to be a first-year so i want it to be quite social-able but at the same time value for its money.
any ideas which one?

I have included both in my application form... I actually had to list 18 preferences, same for you? In which Uni will you be studying?

I have made my choice following this criteria: not too distant from the Uni (transports in London can be very very expensive) and not too expensive either (I've chosen shared rooms first).
