SF Question. Customer Reference ID

Originally started my application online and got my ID that way. Decided to change to paper application. Do I write down the same ID? Or do they generate a new one for me if I leave it blank?

I had the same problem as you, and the repy i got was to put down the ID you had originally. I think thats what everyone else with this problem on this site did..
