HELP! BCU Confirmation letter still hasn't come

Hi all.
After receiving my A-level results, UCAS congratulated me saying my place for Birmingham City University was confirmed.
However, i still haven't received a confirmation letter, or even heard from the uni.

Is this normal? Should i be worried?

Anyone else waiting on their confirmation letter from BCU??

I haven't got mine from Newcastle either. Try calling/emailing them to see what they say and then follow their instructions.
