About 10 mins on average, a lot of my thinking is done on the toilet 
20/30 secs doing the poo. 10/15 mins mucking about on my phone will sitting there.

Unless I have something to think about, usually about 5-10 minutes if doing #2.

At home i can be in an out in a couple of minutes. At work, I take my phone with google books installed and give it about 15mins or so. Currently reading 1984.
