What would you call my hair type?

I was looking online for some hair advice and I found mainly like super-straight, thin hair. I am like mixed ish so I thought I'd search mixed hair but what came up wasn't really the hair I have. Some people have said its like an 'Afro' but I don't believe this is true at all.

Basically, just wanted to know what to call my hair for some ideas for possible hairstyles or tips to tackle the volume and thickness.

Now that my hair is long, it kinda looks like this:

I'm thinking its between a 2a and 3c, anyone know which it looks most like out of:

I know those are womens, does this apply to men?

What does hair type have to do with anything mate, you know different races have different types of hair?

Hair charts aren't a 'special' thing, they're pretty commonly used.

I don't really understand the reference, you mean like guys dont like there hair being straight and get a wrinkle when they hear it?

Haha, I wouldn't mind my hair being more straight rather it half-assing it.

I guess I must've been making some sort of face in my photo, they seem to bunch up when I raise my eyebrows. I don't really have wrinkles considering my age.

I've just had it cut though if you're referring to the state it's in recently but my hair is most definitely not ugly.
